90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Finally Showed Forrest’s Fiance Sheena, But Something Doesn’t Add Up To Me

The latest season of 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days has started, and I’m already hooked on one couple in particular – though they’re facing some serious issues. I’m looking forward to learning more about Forrest’s fiancée, Sheena, as the show continues, but right now, things seem a little off.

Right before Forrest traveled to the Philippines with his mother and stepfather, he discovered their shared bank account – used to cover the costs of Sheena’s K1 visa – was completely empty. He was understandably upset about the missing thousands of dollars, as this had happened before. The situation felt even more complicated to me after Sheena was formally introduced on the 90 Day Fiancé show.

Sheena Admitted To Stealing The Money, But I’m Confused By Why She Had To Do It

When money was first taken from the account, Sheena initially told Forrest her parents were responsible. She later confessed that she actually withdrew $4,000 to send to them, explaining she had a valid reason during an interview for 90 Day Fiancé. This episode also revealed that Sheena works as a veterinarian in Manila.

Manila is an expensive city, and a quick online search showed that someone with Sheena’s ten years of experience should be earning a comfortable salary. Considering that, it seems likely she could afford to send them money from her own earnings without having to dip into our shared funds.

Aside from one unusual instance, it appears Sheena urgently needed a lot of money, and it’s hard not to wonder why. Viewers may remember David sending Sheila thousands of dollars while she was in the Philippines so her family could repair their home on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days Season 6. Perhaps a home repair or unexpected medical bill is the reason Sheena withdrew the money. This is just speculation, but it seems likely she needed the funds quickly for an urgent reason.

Will Sheena Be Redeemed By The Season’s End?

I immediately got the impression that Sheena is intelligent and considerate, so I find it hard to believe she would intentionally steal the money without planning to return it or fix things. However, if she had a legitimate reason for taking it, it’s strange she didn’t explain it to Forrest before he left the country.

It seems likely that either the show 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days left out details to create more drama, or this is a storyline that was planned out. It’s hard to believe Forrest would travel to see Sheena after being stolen from again, without a really good reason, particularly since he’d been robbed in a past relationship too.

Sheena faces a tough challenge in rebuilding trust with Forrest and his mother. Fortunately, no one seems to suspect she’s with Forrest just to get a green card, which could have made things even worse. Hopefully, she isn’t taking advantage of him, and this doesn’t end their seven-year relationship.
