If you’re looking for something to watch on Prime Video this weekend, February 6–8, 2026, here are three excellent shows you won’t want to miss. One of our top picks even has a perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes, making it a definite must-see for subscribers!
Prime Video had a fantastic 2026 with hits like Fallout, Steal, The Night Manager, and Beast Games. These shows consistently topped streaming charts for weeks! If you’re looking for something new to watch this weekend, they’re all great choices.
Tell Me Your Secrets
Despite receiving mixed reactions from critics, the 2021 series Tell Me Your Secrets was a hit with viewers, earning a 90% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. This suggests the psychological thriller is still worth watching.
Featuring Lily Rabe, Hamish Linklater, Amy Brenneman, and Enrique Murciano, Tell Me Your Secrets is a 10-episode thriller available on Prime Video. Each episode runs between 45 and 49 minutes and centers around three characters – including a dangerous predator and a mother searching for her lost daughter – all haunted by their pasts. It’s a complex and captivating story that’s definitely worth checking out.
Gracepoint
Gracepoint is a gripping 10-episode mystery series available on Prime Video. It follows the investigation of a murder in a small town, and features a talented cast including David Tennant, Anna Gunn, and Jacki Weaver. It’s a show you won’t want to stop watching!
I really enjoyed Gracepoint when it first came out, but it definitely got a lot of flak for basically being a copy of David Tennant’s Broadchurch. Honestly, the similarities were hard to ignore, and that’s probably why it only lasted one season. Still, I think it’s worth checking out! The cast was amazing, the coastal town setting was beautiful, and even though the mystery wasn’t groundbreaking, it was still pretty gripping.
River
If you’re looking for a great show to watch on Prime Video, don’t miss River. This six-episode miniseries, originally released in 2015, is a captivating and easy watch that still holds up today – it’s a bit of a hidden gem!
Featuring a compelling performance by Stellan Skarsgård (an Academy Award nominee in 2026), the series River is a gripping psychological crime drama. Skarsgård plays John River, a highly intelligent police inspector tormented by the ghosts of unsolved murder victims.
If you’re looking for a captivating show to binge-watch this weekend, check out River on Prime Video. It’s been critically acclaimed – boasting a 100% score on Rotten Tomatoes and a 94% audience score – and even earned a BAFTA nomination for supporting actress Lesley Manville.
