Initially priced at £959.99 in the UK, the official US price will be announced later today. Unlike the standard PS5 Pro which retails for $700, this commemorative bundle comes with additional features such as a disc drive cover, an extra DualSense Edge controller, PlayStation shaped cable ties, and more, causing its price to exceed the usual $700 cost.
On eBay, there’s just one listing for a PS5 Pro bundle valued at an astonishing $10,000. This amount is more than enough to purchase fourteen standard PS5 Pro consoles and still have spare cash for some games. It’s important to remember that the asking price for this PS5 Pro bundle and its potential selling price can be vastly different. Many of these listings offer eBay’s “Best Offer” option, enabling buyers to negotiate prices with sellers.
If you’re looking to secure a standard PlayStation 5 model, preorders are now available at PlayStation Direct, with major retailers following suit from October 10th. The latest PS5 edition boasts an enhanced GPU and a 2TB SSD. However, it is a digital-only console out of the box, requiring a $80 add-on if you wish to use physical discs on it.
