As a seasoned League of Legends player with over a decade of gaming under my belt, I must say, Riot Games never cease to surprise me! The 14.19 update was quite the rollercoaster ride, and now, we’re getting another twist with the 14.19B patch.
Developers of League of Legends have shared that they will roll out a small, post-update adjustment for the MOBA, which comes after significant modifications introduced in version 14.19.
In a significant overhaul, Riot Games’ widely played MOBA, League of Legends, experienced one of its largest transformations yet. Patch 14.19 brought about substantial adjustments to the game, with developers altering nearly every item, thereby decreasing their gold efficiency significantly. Consequently, team fights became longer and skirmishes extended, while each champion’s power level also shifted.
As a passionate fan, I can’t help but notice the monumental shifts in the MOBA’s gameplay systems. It’s only natural that these transformations would cause a significant rebalance. Riot Games is gearing up for these larger adjustments as we approach the 2025 preseason, with patch 14.19 being merely one of the many changes on the horizon.
Nevertheless, certain champions seemed to gain too much advantage from the updates, while others took a significant blow. To show some care for those having trouble, the developers have rolled out an immediate B patch to offer them some additional support.
Hello there! A big shoutout to you all for your eagerness to join our Split 3 tournament!

Lead Game Designer Riot Phroxzon has stepped up to inform players about an upcoming minor update, which is expected to be released soon. The adjustments primarily target champions identified as significant exceptions or anomalies by the development team.
As a fan, I’m excited about the upcoming micro-patch as it brings buffs for champions like Corki, K’sante, and Tristana. However, it seems Amumu might be feeling a bit down after another round of nerfs. Interestingly, Tristana has faced multiple adjustments over previous patches, and currently, there’s an issue with one of her abilities not aligning with her range.
Contrarily, K’ante underwent a revamp during Update 14.19, but he currently falls short of the developers’ expectations. To maintain balance within the roster, he’s set for some adjustments.
LoL patch 14.19B notes
Amumu
- Nerfs coming soon
Corki
- Buffs coming soon
K’sante
- Buffs coming soon
Tristana
- Buffs coming soon
According to Phroxzon, there’s a significant amount of work left on optimizing builds within the game, which is why they plan to hold off on implementing major changes for now, giving players some extra time.
