Jujutsu Kaisen ending has special message that nobody noticed

As a dedicated fan who has followed Jujutsu Kaisen since its humble beginnings, I must say that the ending of this masterpiece left me both surprised and satisfied. The final panel, with Sukuna’s finger sealed away, was a poignant conclusion to the story. However, what truly captivated me was the revelation hidden in plain sight – the message on the box: “Against malevolence and vengeful threats.

The final panel of the Jujutsu Kaisen manga showcases Sukuna’s finger, bearing a unique and meaningful message; however, this message seems to have eluded translation efforts.

The conclusion of Jujutsu Kaisen has stirred up much debate because it abruptly wraps up shortly following the battle. Instead, Sukuna encounters Mahito on a path where spirits travel after death. Mahito accuses Sukuna of deceiving him by claiming he desired to live in accordance with his true nature.

Sukuna wasn’t just deceiving others; he was also deceiving himself. With Mahito’s ability to sense souls, it became clear from their past encounter that Sukuna was living a deception. In truth, the King of Curses harbored a desire for revenge against those who had despised him as an abomination.

Yet, Sukuna expresses he had two options for living, indicating he’d pick another route should there be a future life. As he speaks, he consoles a weeping Uraume and exits with him, leaving Mahito feeling irritated. In the manga’s concluding panel, we find Sukuna’s finger locked away in a tiny storage shed.

Interestingly, many fans might not be aware that there’s a hidden message on the box: “Against malevolence and vengeful threats.” Yet, this intriguing detail often gets overlooked or misplaced in communication.

It appears that the translation wasn’t provided by TCB, but the phrase inside the box seems to read “Against evil and revengeful hostility.

The narrative opens by depicting a finger serving as a shield against spells, and it concludes with this same finger performing the same function. Remarkably, even though Sukuna embodies much evil, over numerous centuries, he has been employed to serve as protection. This role persists for him even after his death occurs a second time.

A sharp-eyed spectator posted a tweet about the message found on a packaging, and it’s the significance within that message that resonates with fans.

One fan adds, “So the finger became like a talisman of sorts and now instead of attracting curses it repels them instd? Even more, since the shrine isn’t locked up but open and the atmosphere is calm and serene.”

The person mentioned that, as far as they recall, a gently opening shrine or similar vessel holding a sacred item signifies the spirit within it is transitioning or moving forward.

As a captivated reader, I felt compelled to revisit the initial chapter to decipher the text on the mysterious box Megumi stumbled upon. Remarkably, it bore the same Kanji characters. Considering that this time we’re dealing with only one finger and Sukuna is set to tread a new path, it’s clear that things are bound to unfold differently this time around. A third voice echoes in agreement.
