IShowSpeed’s brother explains why YouTube fame ‘ticks him off’ as he won’t appear anymore

As a long-time fan of IShowSpeed, it’s fascinating to see the dynamics within his family unfold. It’s understandable that Jamal might feel overshadowed by his brother‘s success, especially given the constant attention and recognition he receives. After all, we’ve all had moments when our siblings seemed to hog the spotlight!

As a gamer, I’m sharing that my bro, Jamal, has given us some insight into why we don’t see him on my streams anymore. He shared that it really grinds his gears when people talk about my streaming fame – can’t blame the guy for feeling that way!

Over time, IShowSpeed has risen to prominence among streamers, attracting a diverse range of guests. From the genuine Cristiano Ronaldo to an imitator, as well as Kim Kardashian, Kai Cenat, and even political figures, he’s hosted them all on his stream.

On occasion, his very own brother, Jamal, was also a common presence, notably during the live streams originating from their familial abode, particularly so on such instances.

With Speed expanding his content to cover larger topics, particularly international real-life events, his brother and other relatives have become less frequent in his presentations.

For Jamal, he’s content to let others lead and there’s no immediate need for him to join his brother’s live streams for the time being.

During a recent livestream, Speed’s sibling expressed this sentiment: “I’d love to live life as an ordinary kid. I want to engage in activities without the shadow of a famous brother hanging over me. I yearn for independence, so that my brother isn’t always the center of attention whenever I go to school. People constantly mention Speed, and it gets frustrating.

IShowSpeed’s brother expresses that he regrets having a well-known sibling and will no longer participate in his live streams. Disappointed, he made this decision. 😞❌👎🏻

He mentioned that he intends to take a break from streaming alongside his brother for several years, and he won’t be visible in those streams anymore.

Jamaal went on to express his desire to disconnect from everyone over there and focus on being true to himself,” he said. “In other words, he wants to take a break from watching Speed’s streams and streaming in general, and instead, concentrate on taking care of himself.

Despite Jamal no longer being in the picture, his brother’s achievements have kept climbing at an incredible pace. Notably, he’s collaborating with Lil Durk and Kai Cenat on a track and will soon have his own flavor of PRIME Hydration to call his own.
