How to unlock the JAK Lance in MW3 & Warzone

As a seasoned veteran of Call of Duty Multiplayer and a battle-hardened survivor of Warzone, I can confidently say that the JAK Lance AMP has become my latest obsession. This attachment, available from completing any five weekly challenges in Season 6, Week 2, is nothing short of a game-changer for the MX Guardian shotgun.

As a gamer, I’m thrilled about the arrival of the JAK Lance in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 6, the second aftermarket part that’s hitting the scene. This bad boy is going to breathe new life into one of the game’s overlooked shotguns, restoring its prominence once again.

With the attachment installed, it equips the MX Guardian with a compressed ammunition magazine filled with ballistic bolts. The pressure within this magazine grows when the weapon is inactive, significantly enhancing its precision and effective shooting distance once optimal performance is achieved.

With this modification, the MW2 Shotgun transforms into a one-shot kill rivet gun for multiplayer and a two-shot down gun in Warzone. Remarkably, even as a shotgun, the MX Guardian in this version can inflict fatal damage far beyond 50 meters, making it an exceptionally potent weapon.

If you’re keen on it, let me show you a quick way to activate the JAK Lance AMP and secure the conversion kit right away.

How good is the JAK Lance AMP?

The JAK Lance is fantastic in MW3, but a mediocre option in Warzone, with one big flaw making it hard to justify using in Call of Duty’s battle royale.

As a fan, I must admit that facing off against an opponent wielding this weapon in multiplayer can be downright terrifying due to its one-shot killing power. It’s not just another gun; it’s a formidable foe, especially when in the hands of a seasoned player. In many ways, it reminds me of the Kar98k, but with quicker handling and astonishingly high hipfire accuracy – making it a joy for those who favor the dominant marksman rifle to handle.

In the game Warzone, the conversion kit is limited by its minuscule three-round capacity. To eliminate a player, it requires two shots initially, followed by another shot for the final blow. This means that an entire magazine is consumed for a single kill. Due to its lengthy reload time, this AMP isn’t practical and unlikely to become popular unless it receives some significant improvements or buffs.
