Hallmark’s new series has a big connection to The Young and the Restless

Since its debut in 1973, The Young and the Restless has consistently provided the same captivating storylines. Initially revolving around the affluent Brooks family and the working-class Fosters, many of the original characters have moved on, yet the essence of the show remains remarkably consistent.

The Young and the Restless’ Mishael Morgan heads up new Hallmark series

Indeed! Actress Mishael Morgan, famously known for her role on “The Young and the Restless,” will be starring as Shari in Hallmark’s “Hearts Across the Table” series. Starting from March 22, episodes will be released weekly.

Likely, spectators will recognize Morgan primarily from her roles as Hilary Curtis and Amanda Sinclair on The Young and the Restless. This soap opera marked her as the first African-American actress to receive the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series, which she won in 2022.

The highlight is that there are four connected movies, and Shari plays the main character in the second one titled “Shari’s Second Act.

Morgan posted on Instagram that some moments leave a lasting impression, and filming this project was definitely one of those. It was intense, emotional, and brimming with sincerity. I’m thankful for each second spent on it and can’t wait to reveal it to everyone soon!

    • Kiki is overjoyed and then overwhelmed when she agrees to cater a big wedding. She turns to Clay for support. Together, Kiki and Clay prove that the best ingredient is love.

In other words, you can catch all four Heartwarming Tales from the Table movies on The Hallmark Channel first at 8/7 central time, followed by their availability on Hallmark+ for streaming.
