This year, there’s a lot of excitement surrounding the game inZOI, especially with the news about its budget-friendly price. However, not everything has been smooth sailing. Some players are already worried about the high PC specifications required, and now they have another concern – technical issues. Unfortunately, it appears that these problems aren’t new, as many fans have reported difficulties with the recently released demo.

Many users, instead of the demo version, are encountering an error message saying: “DirectX 12 is not compatible with your system; try running it without using the ‘-dx12’ or ‘-d3d12’ command line argument”. The good news is that developers have acknowledged this issue and have shared some possible solutions on their official Discord platform.

  3. If the above will not help, make sure to leave a report to the Customer Support Page. However, make sure that it will be helpful and contain as much information as possible. Developers recommend running DirectX Diagnostic Tool by pressing Windows + R and typing dxdiag. Next save all information and upload the text file when submitting a request.

The problem isn’t a fresh one; it emerged back in August of last year during the initial testing phases.
