As a seasoned gamer with years of virtual escapades under my belt, I must say that the latest collaboration between Among Us and Critical Role has me utterly enthralled! Being a fan of both games, this crossover is like striking gold in a digital mine. The addition of new cosmicubes, themed items, and even a special kill animation for the Imposter, all inspired by popular campaigns from Critical Role – it’s a dream come true for any Roleplayer!
As a dedicated gamer, I’m thrilled to join my fellow Crewmates in the next exhilarating journey! The ingenious minds behind Among Us, Innersloth, have teamed up with Critical Role, creators of the beloved Dungeons & Dragons TTRPG web series. This collaboration brings a wave of fresh content to our favorite online multiplayer social deduction game.
The announcement regarding the recent collaboration was posted on the official developer’s update about patches. This update introduces the latest cooperation, and it is now available. Players, both Crewmates and Impostors, have a limited time to obtain the new themed items as the specific dates and times were revealed in the post. Additionally, there’s a surprise element included in this update.
In the most recent team-up between Among Us and Critical Role, a new cosmic cube called “Gilmore’s Curious Cosmicube” has been added. This addition comes with the version 2024.8.13 update. Players can grab this cosmic cube from the in-game shop by spending stars between August 13th, 2024 and November 11th, 2024 (11 pm PT) and November 12th, 2024 (2 am ET/7 am UTC).
It’s your turn now, Crewmates! Our collaboration with Critical Role is live, and update v2024.8.13 has been released. Let’s grab Gilmore’s Curious Cosmicube and dress it up for an adventure, then try to roll a critical hit with the freshly minted Chetney-themed kill animation! 🎲
