The Penguin fans convinced Batman is hiding in new trailer

As a die-hard fan who has eagerly followed the dark and gritty world of Gotham City for years, I must confess that my heart skipped a beat when I spotted what seemed to be a familiar motorbike in the midseason trailer of The Penguin. The anticipation of seeing Robert Pattinson’s brooding Batman again after such a long wait was almost unbearable!

Could it be that Robert Pattinson’s Batman is secretly present within the character of The Penguin, despite speculation to the contrary? A closer look at the mid-season trailer for the spinoff has led some fans to believe they’ve caught a glimpse of his distinctive motorbike.

Since the occurrences of “The Batman,” Robert Pattinson’s Dark Knight has been engaged in what activities? In the storyline of “The Penguin,” Gotham City is still grappling with the aftermath of the Riddler’s onslaught. Temporary relief camps have sprung up across the city, providing essential supplies and shelter to citizens whose homes were ravaged by floodwaters.

So far, the Bat-Signal hasn’t been activated, suggesting that either Batman is handling different matters (possibly the antagonists from The Batman Part 2), he’s taking a break, or he might be oblivious to Oz Cobb’s corrupt activities.

In anticipation of Episode 5 of “The Penguin” airing over the weekend, HBO recently unveiled a mid-season preview hinting at upcoming events. A fleeting glimpse of a motorcycle in this trailer has sparked great enthusiasm among viewers.

Is Batman in The Penguin trailer?

In fact, The Penguin doesn’t feature Batman, according to director Matt Reeves and the series showrunner Lauren LeFranc. That bicycle is just a subtle reference to Bruce Wayne’s motorcycle.

Fans can’t hide their eagerness to watch Batman once more. It’s been more than two years since Pattinson’s film graced the screens, and we won’t be able to catch its sequel in theaters until October 2, 2026 – that means a wait of four long years.

“One fan commented that the trailer starting with a bike shows the creators have a good grasp of their work. Another wondered if that was Bruce riding the bike, and when others said it wasn’t, someone replied: ‘How can you be sure it isn’t? It could very well be the same underground tunnel as in The Batman.’

This show is incredible! AND WHO IS ON THE BIKE?!? #ThePengiun

The individual on the motorcycle might be Bruce Wayne, but there’s also a chance it could be someone else – like Zoë Kravitz’s character, Selina Kyle, who used to work at Oz’s Iceberg Lounge. This suggests that Kravitz could potentially play Catwoman in the storyline.

One user inquired, “Is it just me, or does the bike rider look like they could be Selina?” Another replied, “I’m not kidding, the person on that motorcycle reminded me of Catwoman returning to Gotham.

It’s undecided if Catwoman, played by Kravitz, will show up in the last episodes, but there’s no doubt about it – Batman, portrayed by Robert Pattinson, does not appear in The Penguin series.
