As a long-time fan of both Pokémon and Hollywood blockbusters, I am beyond thrilled about the upcoming mini-series, The Pokemon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet – Stellar Crown Showdown! The chance to see some of my favorite celebrities duke it out in a friendly match while discussing their careers, lives, and love for the Pokémon franchise is an opportunity I wouldn’t want to miss.
The Pokemon Company and Geek & Sundry are excited to unveil an upcoming miniseries, titled “The Pokemon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet – Dazzling Crown Showdown,” which boasts a cast of famous personalities.
In this episode, Alison Mattingly from Geek & Sundry takes part in a friendly game with a famous guest, delving into their professional journey, personal life, and undeniable affection for Pokemon. The show will also spotlight the Stellar Crown expansion, launched on September 13, 2024, offering viewers an exciting fresh take on the game and its recent update.
The announcement also teases a “special surprise for Pokemon TCG Live players,” giving fans even more incentive to tune in for each episode.

The three-part mini-series debuts on September 24, 2024.
